I had some visitors this weekend and I thought it would only be proper to take them for a hike in the Gatineaus and then to Jean Burger for a pogo and a poutine. You can't find a better poutine anywhere else then the Ottawa region. As you can see from this photo it was delicious, it made my stomach feel wonderful. Then we decided to watch Fast Food Nation and that made my stomach feel even better. After watching how they mass produce meat, I think I will only be eating organics this week.
