My alley( 05.01.06 ) PREVIOUS :: CURRENT :: NEXT
I live upstairs. Beside a rooming house with tenants that like to sing Johnny Cash at 4am, and a lady that often walks up and down the street screaming Marco Polo in the middle of the night, and crack-addicted neighbours that I watched the police evict a couple weeks ago, and you can't forget the legendary Harold C. Funk that likes to leave propaganda on the windshield of my car. There are lots of characters around here. Despite all this, I really like it here.

The shadows on the couch at to the sketchyness of the alley .. nice job.

I use to think characters gave my environment a little color,however, when your personal safety gets compromised ..that changes. I recently had an intruder in my house, while I slept, because a door was left unlocked. All the weirdos who come up to Beechwood for shopping and then sneek back into the pits of Vanier, all pass my house and leave creepyness in their wake. So .. we're moving. Screw all that crap .... I want a white picket fence! eh, shit, .. I already have that. clearly I'm doomed. lol

Cool shot...wow, I haven't seen or heard of Harold C. Funk in at least two years. I used to get a kick out of reading his (weekly?) handout at Rideau Centre.

Looks like a nice alley to visit, but I wouldn't want to live here. Or urinate in either.
