This is my version of carnage, as was found on a little photo excursion yesterday with Andrew, Steve, and James.

Each wall must have been painted on a few occasions, the fire hose re-checked routinely. There must have been so much work put into the upkeep of this building, and only to one day be torn apart recklessly by a wrecking ball. Shows us the non-permanence of what we have. Deep thoughts in the morning.

Nice shot! I should get out and shoot that building sometime! oh... that's right... I did. I like the tones in this shot. Darker than I would have done. Nice to see! Did you use that Gaussian technique on this one?

Thanks Steve. Yep, used the gaussian blur technique. I'm hooked; at least for this week.

There's so much going on in this photo. I do like the fact that you kept it dark too.

Wow, I've never seen a mess look so... clean! There's no evidence of any dirt, dust, or rust here! Just a lot of broken parts.
