Colour( 01.18.06 )

I have been really missing colour. It has become increasingly hard to find in Ottawa in the middle of January, and it seems most of my photos lately are of a brown, blue, grey tone. I thought I would mix it up today.

I found this one when I was digging through some of my old photos from the summer the other night, to find the original of this. I am happy to announce that it will be printed in Ottawa Life next month. I've come along way since I first got my SLR at the beginning of this summer. I would compose this shot much differently if I were to do it again. I can't wait for spring and summer again. I miss flowers, and I miss colour.

Congrats on gettin your photograph published - well deserved. This is a wonderful splash of colour to the miserable weather we have been having lately.
