There's a lot of good texture and colour at play here. Is this part of a trailer?

That's a great photo! Well, It's steel, and there's a door stop there, so there is a swing-out door. Trailer is a really good guess but I am going to say some soft of locker, perhaps a Hydro transformer enclosure.
